As each piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail, returns are not accepted. All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so the issue can be resolved.

Detailed photographs are provided for every product. Please review them carefully before placing your order. Upon request, a detailed video review can also be provided and shared via Instagram.

Hats can be tried on in Warsaw at Dasha Katsurina Studio, Ordynacka 11.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
